Gabcake is a small team addicted to cakes and biscuits with an emphasis on natural & healthy ingredients and outstanding visual presentation. We love to try out new flavours and not conventional combinations. We are based at Newmarket Kitchen, a professional kitchen in Bray and are registered with the Food Safety Authority. Oh, and we are also one of the few businesses in Ireland accepting Bitcoin payments!
